Bethany Coop, MS, BCBA, is the Founder and Executive Director of ClearPath Behavior Solutions, where she leads initiatives that strengthen quality, fidelity, and accessibility within ABA service delivery. With more than a decade of experience supporting clinicians, families, and organizations across diverse settings, including rural and underserved communities. Bethany is recognized for developing practical, evidence-based systems that elevate both clinical outcomes and organizational culture.


Her work spans program development, supervision systems, OBM-informed performance management, telehealth service innovation, and policy advocacy focused on improving clarity, sustainability, and equity in ABA care. Bethany is also an educator and mentor, supporting graduate students, RBTs, and BCBAs in building high-fidelity, values-driven practices.
