About

Cate Davis, PhD, BCBA-D, is a dedicated behavior analyst with a strong background in clinical practice, research, and strategic leadership. Inspired by her older sister’s developmental challenges, Cate has been a lifelong advocate for the neurodiverse community, volunteering, interning, and working in a variety of applied settings. Her academic journey includes degrees in psychology and behavior analysis from Penn State University, Southern Illinois University, and Capella University. Cate has held diverse roles across the behavioral health field, from clinical practice to senior leadership, including positions such as Senior Director of Clinical Standards and Director of Clinical Science and Strategy. She recently led the development of a clinical framework for a large value-based care organization, designing interdisciplinary services for autistic individuals. Currently, Cate serves as Director of Research and Outcomes at Hi Rasmus, where she advances research initiatives and promotes high-quality services for the neurodiverse population. Her work reflects a career-long commitment to excellence, compassion, and meaningful impact.
