About
I am a dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) with a strong commitment to research, education, and empowering families. Since becoming a BCaBA in 2023, I have focused on developing compassionate, evidence-based strategies to meet the individualized needs of clients. I believe in helping staff and RBT's understand the foundational science of behavioral analysis so that they're not just implementing interventions - they are understanding why and what the long term goal is. I believe by doing this we can improve the quality of ABA services.
I am currently pursuing my Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through FIT and have recently earned my ADOS-2 Certification. I am driven to decrease wait times to diagnostics, striving to increase accessibility to critical services for families. I am dedicated to working collaboratively with other professionals while helping families understand and implement effective strategies that lead to sustainable, positive change.
