Like a gratitude journal, but for quality!

Introducing the NASQN Community Quality Journal
Every day, behavior analysts and technicians work tirelessly to deliver meaningful, ethical, and effective ABA services. These efforts often go uncelebrated — but they matter. They reflect the integrity, care, and professionalism that define high-quality ABA.
At the National ABA Service Quality Network (NASQN), we believe that quality in ABA isn’t just something you measure — it’s something you live. That’s why we’re launching a new initiative designed to strengthen our collective commitment to quality, elevate professional pride, and celebrate the small moments that matter most.
📝 What Is the NASQN Community Quality Journal?
The NASQN Community Quality Journal is a simple, weekly reflection tool for ABA professionals at all levels — from students and RBTs to BCBAs and clinical leaders. It takes just a few minutes to complete each week, and it’s built to help you:
Strengthen treatment integrity
Reflect on professional growth
Celebrate and document quality service delivery
Foster a deeper connection to your work and your values
Each weekly submission includes a series of brief prompts designed to promote mindful reflection:
“I am grateful for…” (List 3 things)
“What would improve my ABA service quality today?” (List 3 things)
“Daily affirmation: I am…”
“3 amazing things that improved quality today” (List 3 things)
“What could I have done to make services better today?” (List 3 things)
💡 Why It Matters
By taking just a few minutes to reflect, you help make invisible work visible. You reinforce your own sense of professional identity and help inspire others who are on this journey with
you.
Select submissions — with your permission — may be anonymously featured in the NASQN Community Quality Roundup, a space where we highlight the thoughtful, powerful, everyday contributions of behavior analysts across the country.
